The door will have a door frame with single or double shutters with a rating between – 35 STC to 50 STC and with a fire rating of 60/120 minutes. Its composite flush shutters are sandwiched with 55 mm thick frames that reduce sound transmission.

The door frame is of teak or hardwood with a thickness of 124mm x 85mm with grooves to accommodates EDPM gasket on rebates. Its two non-combustible boards are 12 mm thick with fire resistant insulation sandwiched with commercial ply on both sides.
