Galvanized steel fire door which is fire rated at 60.120 minutes are tested at par with IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 Part 22. The door frames are made from 18/16-gauge steel profile (galvanized). The two thick galvanized steel are locked at their seam to form double flush shell giving additional reinforcements. The shutter door fancies a thickness of 46/55 mm which is also fabricated with 1.2mm galvanized sheet sandwiched in the honeycomb structure of M3 mineral wool. Its hinge has SS ball bearing with the door lock, enclosure, handle, panic exit and glass vision panels as per client requirement.
